When you signed up to be a partner, you were offered a choice between 8 banners. If you didn’t take advantage of this at the time, please email us back (reply) and we will help you get one of these. Please have some patience as it may take a little time before we get in touch to make the change for you.
Custom thumbnails are something that you can do yourself if you want to. We leave that decision up to you! When you upload your video, YouTube will pick a screenshot for you and automatically make that your thumbnail. If you’d like to change it, you can use a different screen shot or design something yourself if you are able to.
