Witam. Chciałbym prosić Was o pomoc w odejściu od TGN? Jestem z nimi związany umową 1 roczną, podpisaną 6.02.2014 z tym że na początku był okres próbny trwający 3 miesiące i nie wiem tak naprawdę od kiedy ta umowa się zaczyna, czy od 06.02 czy 06.05. W każdym razie już do nich napisałem i dostałem taką wiadomość:

I nie wiem o co chodzi, bo gdyby nawet umowa kończyła się w maju to jest jakiś okres 30 dniowego wypowiedzenia. I nie wiem w czym jest problem. Także jeśli ktoś z Was już od nich odchodził po końcu umowy to proszę o pomoc ;)

I jeszcze jedno pytanko, jak już uda mi się odejść to jak mogę wrócić do Ad sense?

Okres próbny jest wliczany w umowę. Po prostu jeśli coś ci nie odpowiada, to w ciągu pierwszych 3 miesięcy umowy możesz ją zerwać. Czyli wypowiedzenie powinieneś napisać w styczniu tego roku.

No ale nie chciałem rezygnować, rok umowy przeleciał i co teraz? Kolejny rok przedłużyli z automatu?

Prawdopodobnie tak. I nie pozostaje ci nic, jak dalej czekać.
A tak w ogóle to jakie były powody tego, że chciałeś odejść?

No nie mów. Tak bez mojej zgody ani żadnego pisma nie mogą po prostu przedłużyć sobie umowy o kolejny rok...? z tego co wyczytałem z umowy (mam nadzieję że dobrze bo angielski nie jest moja mocną stroną) to jej ważność na rok powinna liczyć się od momentu zakończenia okresu próbnego, co oznaczałoby że nadal trwa. Poniżej treść tej umowy:

10. Term and Termination.
(A) Subject to Section 10(B), the term of this Agreement will begin on the Effective
Date and will end after a period of three (3) months (“Trial Period”). Unless terminated
by either party on written notice given not less than 10 days prior to the expiration of the
Trial Period, this Agreement will automatically renew at the end of the Trial Period for a
subsequent one-year period that will begin on the day immediately following the
expiration of the Trial Period (the “Commencement Date”) and will end on the first (1st)
anniversary thereof; and this Agreement will automatically renew at the end of the initial
one-year term for subsequent one-year periods on each anniversary date of the
Commencement Date unless terminated on written notice given by either party not less
than 30 days prior to the expiration of the initial one-year term or any subsequent renewal
period then in effect. "Term" shall mean the Trial Period as set out above and any and all
renewal terms.
(B) BBTV shall have the right to terminate this Agreement during the Term: (i) upon
a material default or breach by Provider of any of its obligations under this Agreement,
unless within thirty (30) days after written notice of such default, the Provider remedies
such default to the satisfaction of BBTV; or (ii) immediately upon notice, if the Provider
becomes insolvent or seeks protection under any bankruptcy, receivership, creditor's
arrangement, or comparable proceeding; (iii) immediately upon notice if all Provider
Content is withdrawn, and Provider is unable to provide alternative Titles acceptable to
BBTV; (iv) upon 30 days' written notice, for any reason; or (iv) immediately upon notice
if any infringement of copyright claim, demand, proceeding or action is taken or
threatened against BBTV or any of its Affiliates in respect of any Provider Content or
Claimed Video.
© BBTV reserves the right to immediately withdraw or limit Provider Channels and
any Title from promotion, download, display or distribution on the Network upon a
material default or breach by Provider of any of its obligations under this Agreement.
(D) Upon termination of this agreement, all Titles, Provider Channels and Claimed
Video under BBTV’s CMS shall be released.

I jak to rozumiesz?
Chcę odejść bo oni to mnie tak robią w wała że hej. Miesiąc w miesiąc mam ok 40k wyświetleń, na każdym filmie włączona monetyzacja a dostaję od nich po 5$. Śmiech na sali! Prócz braku problemów przy dodawaniu filmów związanych z jakimiś śmiesznymi roszczeniami to nic więcej nie zyskałem. Sami do mnie napisali i do momentu podpisania umowy kontakt był super a teraz to człowieka mają w dupie! Nawet jak piszę do supportu to niby dostaję odpowiedzi za każdym razem od kogo innego a ciągle ta sama treść - z automatu pewnie. Chcę wrócić do Ad sense bo tam, gdy miałem mniejszy kanał to w pół roku osiągnąłem to co tu mam przez rok a kanał powiększył się ponad 2-krotnie.

Tak w większości działają obecnie umowy. Na TV, na net, na telefony itp.

Jeżeli nie wystosujesz miesiąc przed końcem umowy, że nie chcesz jej kontynuować to następuje automatyczne przedłużenie.
